Hello people! My friend Serap Ulutaş and I've tried a different thing the first time in our lives. We've created a podcast about the Smurfs ! It was very hard for us actually. It took our 2-3 hours at all. As of podcasting, I find it very enjoyable and funny. Despite its difficulty, we finally brought about a nice job. If I were a teacher, I'd use podcasting in my classes because in my opinion, it is kind of attractive to the young learners. For that reason, I will use it when I become a teacher in 3 years. The computer is an enormous step in teaching. The development that comes from 1930s to today's world brings about so many changes and improvements.  As a 19 year-old ELT student, I benefit from CALL too much and if it didn't exist, learning would be much more difficult for me. Not only in language class but also in other classes, CALL helps students comprehend the lecture easier and helps teachers give the lecture easier, too. We're deeply indebted to the ones that created and developed the CALL system. I'm definitely going to use CALL system in my future classes for a better understanding and more beneficial learning.

When one says "21 st century", the first thing that comes to our minds is  technology . In 21 st century, technology is crucial in every part of our lives. We can communicate with people from  all   around the world  by means of technology and I think this is crazy! Even if our languages are not the same or we are at very different places, it doesn't matter. Technology just offers us lots of opportunities. Therefore, we can be familiar with different cultures, news from distant places and above all, it makes us all more extrovert. Besides, technology has changed so much things in learning, too. Actually, it is not only technology that has done it but also people change and so, our  perspectives  indirectly do. For instance; goals of education, the teaching methods and language learning. Let's see the changes! I mentioned technology a little much but actually we see more than technology in learning. Especially in language learning , we are  so much ahead

I think technology is the heart of teaching in this century. Teachers are finally accustomed to use technology tools in teaching and everything gets easier. I'm so happy for that. Thank God! You know, If my positive opinions about teaching with technology were a person, he/she would definitely beat my negative ones. I'm very clear about that.  We cannot deny the fact that technology becomes a must in teaching. It has so many advantages. For instance; it makes a good atmosphere in the class and enables an intended classroom management because students want to attend the lesson.  Moreover, it is a big time-saver for teachers. Instead of writing examples on the blackboard etc., they simply reflect them to it. Teachers can open up a video during the class to reinforce teaching. Hi! Welcome to my blog. As an ELT student, I'm planning to post some tips for you about the relationship between teaching and technology.  We all know that teaching isn't that easy as it is said. Practising and being experienced is of course very important in that area but above all, you always have to improve yourself and your teaching skills. I believe that there is always another better way of teaching and as time passes, teaching methods are getting changed. You should always be innovative. Although reading books and articles about teaching is important, in 21st century, teachers should do more than that.  Technology takes a significant part in our lives. Why don't it be used in teaching, then? I think teachers should use technology and encourage their students to use it, too.
